I love the band Cautiontape and I love the game Bloodborne....so I've decided to find an excuse to play a bunch of Bloodborne while listening to a killer Cautiontape tune titled "Get To Me". It was a bloody good time and it will be up Friday. In the meantime here are a couple screens. Two female protagonists based on the likenesses of the Britani Woods, the band's singer and Maureen Brown, the video maker's wife.
Well my latest video just came out a couple minutes ago. Side One Track One premiered it and said some really nice things. Check it out here. The track is from an excellent Austin band called Genuine Leather and it's called "She & I". Hopefully you will enjoy it as well.
It's always special to work with friends especially when they're as talented as the members of SKYROCKET! I was pretty psyched to get approached by the band to make a little film of the live SKYROCKET! experience. So we went in with a few DSLR cameras on a cold autumn Thursday at The Belmont in Austin and came away with this short film. I hope it does the band justice as they are (in my humble opinion) consistently better than 99% of live acts out there (cover or otherwise). Enjoy.
This film was shot on 3 Canon DSLRs. A MKII, MKIII, and 70D (love this camera). We were both on monopods and handheld. Edit was done in FCPX.
